Our Impact

Inovision works with young people and emerging artists to create meaningful, transformative experiences through music, drama, and creative workshops. Across schools, charities, and youth organisations, we have empowered participants to build confidence, express themselves, and develop real-world skills that extend beyond the classroom.

Southwark Playhouse – Songwriting Camp (Masterclass) 

Delivered a one-off songwriting workshop for young people visiting from outside London, introducing them to the creative process of writing and developing original songs. 

Participants explored lyric writing, melody, and collaboration, gaining confidence in expressing their ideas through music.

The Nook
(Southwark branch of Mind charity)
Creative Workshop on Boundaries & Self-Care 

Facilitated a one-off workshop exploring personal boundaries, communication, and the challenges people face when learning to say no. 

Through discussion and creative exercises, participants reflected on their experiences and developed healthier ways to express their needs.

Lewisham Vocal Collective – Musical Direction & Vocal Development (Ongoing)

Serve as Musical Directors for the collective, supporting young vocalists through song arrangement, harmony work, and vocal coaching. 

Sessions focus on developing vocal technique, performance confidence, teamwork, and musical identity, helping participants grow both as artists and as individuals.

Theatre Peckham – PSHE Intervention Programme (PRUs) (Ongoing) 

Delivered PSHE-style sessions in two Pupil Referral Units, SILS and ARCO, supporting young people outside mainstream education. 

Sessions explored topics such as consent, relationships, social media, anxiety, communication, and self-awareness, encouraging reflection and open discussion.

Youth League UK – Youth Forum Through Creative Expression (Ongoing) 

Facilitated a youth forum in Barking and Dagenham using creative practices such as poetry, songwriting, and discussion to explore issues affecting young people in their community. 

The sessions help participants express their views and experiences in ways that can be shared with local decision-makers and community leaders.
