About Us

Inovision is a creative organisation delivering workshops in music, drama, songwriting, and vocal performance for young people and emerging artists. Led by practising musicians and theatre practitioners, our work focuses on confidence building, creative expression, and community engagement. We partner with theatres, youth organisations, and community programmes to create meaningful experiences that help participants develop both their creative skills and personal confidence.
Our
Story
Inovision was founded by Valentine Olukoga and Basia to support young people seeking creative guidance, mentorship, and adult support. The organisation’s journey began at 2Inspire, where Valentine and Basia worked with participants aged 11 to 14, helping them explore their creativity, build confidence, and navigate adolescence through music, drama, songwriting, and performance.
When they left Inspire, these young people — then around 16 — still needed guidance and opportunities to develop their creative skills. In response, Valentine and Basia founded Inovision, creating structured creative programmes designed to nurture skills in music, vocals, songwriting, drama, and performance, while also building practical skills such as teamwork, confidence, and professional discipline.

Since its founding, Inovision has expanded its reach, working with young people from diverse backgrounds while continuing to maintain close contact with the original group. Its programmes combine creative workshops with hands-on projects, giving participants the chance to develop their artistry, collaborate with peers, and gain real-world experience, all under expert mentorship.

Inovision also offers performance opportunities as part of its programmes, allowing participants to apply their skills in a live context and build experience in leadership, collaboration, and presenting work publicly.

Today, Inovision is a fully registered organisation that empowers young people and emerging artists to develop their creative skills, confidence, and professional knowledge. It remains committed to accessible opportunities, nurturing talent, and supporting participants as they grow both creatively and personally.
Our
Mission
Inovision exists to empower young people and emerging artists through creativity, mentorship, and practical skill-building. Its mission is to provide accessible opportunities in music, songwriting, drama, and performance, giving participants the tools to develop their artistic voice, grow in confidence, and prepare for real-world creative challenges.

Through structured programmes, workshops, and hands-on projects, Inovision nurtures talent while fostering collaboration, leadership, and resilience. The organisation is committed to supporting participants at every stage of their creative journey, ensuring they have guidance, resources, and opportunities that might otherwise be inaccessible.
By combining artistic development with practical life skills, Inovision equips young people not only to express themselves creatively but also to navigate the professional landscape of the arts, make informed decisions, and take ownership of their personal and creative growth.

Why Inovision
We are practitioners first—active musicians, actors, and facilitators. This ensures that everything we do is authentic, relevant, and inspiring. Our programmes are designed to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and guidance they need to succeed in their creative journeys, no matter their starting point.
Inovision works with young people and emerging artists to create meaningful, transformative experiences through music, drama, and creative workshops. Across schools, charities, and youth organisations, we have empowered participants to build confidence, express themselves, and develop real-world skills that extend beyond the classroom.
