  • Performing arts workshops (primarily in person)

  • Online sessions (via Zoom for mentoring or discussion-based support)

  • Music sales and personalised song commissions

  • Creative collaborations and consultancy

We work with individuals under and over 18, with certain services (such as home-based mentoring) limited to 18+ only.

2. Session Types
  • In-person sessions may take place at venues like the Polish Centre or (for adults only) at a private residential address with full safeguarding protocols

  • Online sessions are conducted securely through Zoom with private links

  • Workshops are group-based unless specified as 1:1

3. Bookings & Cancellations
  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our booking page, email, or through a direct contact

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in the session being charged in full (case-by-case discretion for emergencies)

4. Payment & Fees
  • Payments are accepted via secure online methods (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer)

  • Prices for each service are outlined individually and may include discounts or concession rates

  • Bespoke music services are quoted based on brief, timelines, and level of involvement

5. Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of all clients, especially young and vulnerable individuals.

  • All staff hold enhanced DBS certificates and up-to-date safeguarding training

  • A full safeguarding policy is available [link or page reference]

  • For anyone under 18: parental/guardian consent is required for participation

  • Sessions are conducted professionally, and concerns are always passed on to the relevant services or safeguarding lead (Valentine Olukoga)

6. Creative Ownership & Use
  • For personalised music commissions: you are entitled to personal use of the final product. Commercial use must be agreed upon beforehand

  • Inovision retains the right to showcase anonymised work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

  • No client recordings or materials will be shared without explicit consent

7. Behaviour and Boundaries

Inovision is built on compassion, community, creativity, and zero judgement.
We expect mutual respect in every space we create. Bullying, harassment, or any inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from sessions or services, and referrals where necessary.
