At Inovision, most of our products are digital, but we want you to know exactly what to expect with every purchase — whether it's a personalised track, downloadable content, or physical merchandise.
1. Digital Deliveries (Music, Personalised Songs, Creative Projects)

Digital products are delivered via email, secure link, or download platform.

Most personalised songs and projects are completed and sent within 7–14 working days, depending on complexity and creative brief.

You will receive a confirmation email and estimated delivery window upon payment.

If you haven’t received your digital product within the agreed timeframe, contact us immediately at team@weareinovision.com.

2. Physical Products (Future Merchandise or CDs)
If you begin offering physical items such as CDs, posters, or merch:

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or another tracked UK courier within 3–5 working days of purchase.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days (UK) or 5–10 days (international).

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking info once your item has been sent.

3. Issues & Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived or there is a problem with a delivery:
