At Inovision, most of our products are digital, but we want you to know exactly what to expect with every purchase — whether it's a personalised track, downloadable content, or physical merchandise.

1. Digital Deliveries (Music, Personalised Songs, Creative Projects)
  • Digital products are delivered via email, secure link, or download platform.

  • Most personalised songs and projects are completed and sent within 7–14 working days, depending on complexity and creative brief.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and estimated delivery window upon payment.

  • If you haven’t received your digital product within the agreed timeframe, contact us immediately at team@weareinovision.com.

2. Physical Products (Future Merchandise or CDs)

If you begin offering physical items such as CDs, posters, or merch:

  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or another tracked UK courier within 3–5 working days of purchase.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days (UK) or 5–10 days (international).

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

  • You’ll receive tracking info once your item has been sent.

3. Issues & Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived or there is a problem with a delivery:

  • Email us with your order details and date of purchase.

  • We aim to respond within 2 working days to resolve any concerns.

If you’re having trouble accessing a file:

  • Check your spam/junk folder first.

  • Ensure you're using the correct email used during purchase.

  • Contact us at team@weareinovision.com — we’ll resend or find an alternative solution.
