Refund Policy

At Inovision, we understand that life happens. We aim to be fair and flexible while maintaining the value of our time, creative work, and community offerings.

1. Mentoring & Online Sessions
  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of your session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable, but we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.

  • No-shows are non-refundable, unless there's a valid emergency (please let us know as soon as possible).

2. Workshops (In-Person)
  • Refunds are offered for cancellations made 48+ hours before the start of a workshop.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be non-refundable, but we’ll always try to offer a credit or spot on a future workshop if possible.

  • If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

3. Personalised Songs & Creative Projects
  • Once a personalised music order has been confirmed and work has begun, partial refunds only are available — depending on how much of the project has been completed.

  • If the work hasn’t started yet and cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment, a full refund may be issued.

  • If a product or creative delivery does not meet agreed terms, we will work with you to revise or resolve it before offering any partial refund.

4. Merchandise 

If you begin selling merchandise or physical music:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days in unused condition

  • Buyer covers return postage unless the item is faulty

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded
