Agnieszka Bozzao brings over two decades of experience in primary education to her role as Youth and Community Engagement Coordinator. As a dedicated member of the Polish Centre and local Polish community, she helps us build strong connections with families in Forest Hill and surrounding areas—especially at Holbeach Primary School, where she helps spread the word about our events and opportunities for young people.

Beyond her professional background, Agnieszka brings a deep well of personal insight and creativity. She is a gifted poet and songwriter with a natural talent for communication, often offering thoughtful advice and emotional support to those around her. Having navigated her own journey from Poland to the UK, she understands the challenges faced by migrant families and is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness. Her lived experience and empathy make her a powerful voice for those who may feel unheard, and her wisdom, warmth, and creativity are a vital part of our team.

In addition to her work with young people, Agnieszka used to lead Zumba classes for adults—creating a joyful, energising space for people who wanted to stay active, feel alive, and look after their wellbeing. She is now planning to bring those sessions back, continuing her mission to support both physical and emotional health within the community.
