Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 18th May 2025

We at Inovision  are working to make our site (www.weareinovision.com) accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

At Inovision, we believe creativity should be accessible to everyone. We are built on compassion, community, creativity, and zero judgement — and we are committed to making our services welcoming to all, regardless of ability, background, or circumstance.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to ensure that:

  • Our online services (Zoom sessions, digital content, website) are accessible to users with a wide range of needs

  • Our in-person spaces (including the Polish Centre and other venues) are as physically accessible as possible

  • Our communication methods are inclusive and adaptable

  • We respond quickly and respectfully to any accessibility requests or feedback

2. Website Accessibility
  • We aim to maintain a clear, readable layout with alt text on images, clean navigation, and screen reader compatibility

  • Text size is adjustable, and we avoid using flashing or disruptive content

  • If you need content in another format (e.g., large print or audio), email us and we’ll do our best to provide it

3. Session Accessibility
  • Zoom sessions can include live captions, recorded playback, or simplified slides/notes upon request

  • In-person venues are chosen with step-free access in mind where possible. If access is limited, this will be disclosed in advance

  • For home-based 18+ sessions, we offer clear information in advance about the setting and accessibility options

4. Financial Accessibility
  • We offer sliding scale pricing or free places for those who need it, particularly for youth mentoring and creative sessions. No one will be turned away for financial reasons.

5. Feedback & Contact

If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion, we want to hear from you.
